Count Calories In Order To Lose Weight

If you wish to count calories in order to lose weight I have provided this simple tool to manage your food, exercise and diet needs. Look up calories and nutritional information for all the food you eat using the calorie counter and easily keep a daily record of your food and activity, together with your weight to help you achieve your goals.

I am not a huge fan of calorie counters but feel that, especially when you start out on a health plan, it helps to count calories until you get the hang of how much food you should be eating.

The average recommended calorific intake for losing weight is about 1,500-1,700 calories per day. Most experts recommend 1,500 calories as a good weight-loss amount but this can vary according to your weight and activity level.

Don't assume that the more weight you need to lose, the more calories you should cut. The truth is that the more you weigh the more calories you can eat. As you lose weight, you should cut more calories of your total daily amount.
