I am passionate about alternative health solutions, positive thinking, improving relationships and generally moving forward in life. Since my divorce many years ago I have focused on learning the lessons and taking the opportunities that life has to offer, and to this end have studied many different modalities.

I have discovered that I am a skilled writer and researcher and have combined my passion for health matters with that skill. I use this knowledge to coach clients on all health matters, but especially in the arena of healthy eating and weight management.

From the long negotiations and hard selling of the property market, to the running of my own small businesses related to home improvement, I have faced the challenges and succeeded in every role that I have undertaken. Although I am single by choice at present, I am passionate about family life and have decided to offer family and children’s coaching so that I can give my clients the promise of a long and happy time together. Parents and children face many challenges in these difficult times as families go through a period of huge financial stress.

Often parents are working long hours to survive financially and children are left to their own devices. They turn to the internet and television for entertainment and are exposed to more ideas and concepts than any generation that has gone before them. Alcohol and drugs are now freely available and often, initially, for very small amounts of money.

Add to this mix a lack of proper nutrition and very little or no exercise and you have the formula for a disastrous outcome.Most parents are, quite frankly, not equipped to handle these new challenges and don’t know where to turn.

As a certified life coach I have developed a unique method of introducing coaching, a concept that has mostly been used in business to the family environment. Using exercise, play, breathing, visualization and affirmations the family is brought together as a unit, allowing them to work through problem areas in their relationship, more easily.
