I went to Trish for life coaching as I had lost my way in life, was suffering self esteem issues and lacked confidence in my ability to achieve a successful working life.

When I lived in the UK I had been a Senior Manager in a multi-national company and after I immigrated to South Africa in 2002 I intended to carve out a different but successful career over here. Unfortunately the area I chose, Real Estate, was the wrong direction to go in and I became very unhappy and lost a lot of confidence.

Thanks to Trish and her Life Coaching skills I have been able to pinpoint a business I wish to be involved with and set the necessary goals to allow me to succeed. I have much more confidence in myself and my abilities.

I have also been able to clarify areas in my personal life which I need to address to achieve a more relaxed lifestyle.

In conclusion I am very impressed with the manner with which Trish conducted our sessions and the results she and I have achieved together.
