You On a Diet Reviewed



In "You On A Diet" the doctors promise that, if you follow their regime you can "drop up to two inches from your waist (or drop a dress size) in two weeks" and change your eating habits for good.

So you are already asking if this is possible and I don’t blame you for being a doubting Thomas! Let me assure you that it is not plain sailing, but if you follow their plan, it is entirely possible.

This is my story and I would like to give me a minute before I tell you more about the book.

I have never been overweight but a change in hormones and advancing age (or so I kept telling myself) meant that I had put on 2.5 kilos mostly around my middle region. All the starving and exercising in the world just didn’t seem to do a thing. I decided that my thyroid must be out of whack and trotted off to my doctor to confirm this.

In this section the doctors provide interactive quizzes that will help you define your vital statistics and eating personality. You will also be able to test for things that could be causing a weight problem.

Learn how to make the right choices by following the strategies provided for eating and living in a healthier way.

The YOU Diet and Activity Plan

In part 4 the doctors provide recipes and exercises that will put you on the path to the body you want. This is a plan that will change the way you think about food and exercise and is a plan for the rest of your life!

The Ideal Body

Now if you have been paying attention you would have noticed that I have not mentioned Part 1 of You On A Diet. I always believe in saving the best until last and in this section the doctors explain what your body is supposed to look like and why. Mmmmmm…….. very interesting!

Throughout "You On A Diet" the doctors explode the "diet myths" such as:

•Your body doesn’t need any fat

•Fast food is responsible for all of our fat problems

•Dieting has to be hard

•Fat turns to fat, protein turns to muscle and carbs turn to energy

•The fullness of the stomach is what tells you to stop eating

This book is a must if you care about the way you look and feel.
